Figure 1: L91 induces MHC-II but downregulates CD74 expression. Bone marrow derived cells (BMDCs) were cultured in medium containing L91, F91 or lipopolysaccharides (LPS). The CD11c+ cells were analyzed by flowcytometry for the expression of (a) MHC-II; (b) CD74 (immature MHC-II). Numbers in the flow cytometry histograms indicate mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) and are representative of 3 independent experiments; (c) bar graphs depict the change in the ratio of MHC-II to CD74.
